No Oven Baked Potatoes

No, those aren’t tamales! But, if you are serving a large crowd and your oven is occupied did you know you can bake potatoes in a crock pot 4-1/2 hours no water)on high or in an instant pot (2 cups water)then set the potatoes on your rack, set cooktime for 10 minutes on sealed, not vent.

I wrapped mine in parchment paper since I’m not a tin foil user.
